Family and Personal Counseling Center The Family and Personal Counseling Center provides brief, goal oriented interventions as well as longer-term therapies for a full range of concerns. Counseling is for individuals, families, couples and groups at a sliding scale fee. We also accept many insurance policies, including Medicaid, and contract with several school districts. With locations offered throughout the St. Louis area, flexible evening hours are offered, fulfilling the commitment to provide quality mental health services at an affordable rate. The Family and Personal Counseling Center also works with the Residential Treatment program of ECH. The Center serves as the primary link between the families and the children in our serves to help with reuniting the families.
